Streamflow EAD, an evolution of Streamflow EOOD who  was founded in 2014 and since 2018 is an EMD Agent  regulated and authorized by the Financial Conduct  Authority, reference number 902074, acting on behalf  of Prepaid Financial Services Ltd who is authorized  and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority as an  Electronic Money Institution with registration number Streamflow EAD since May 2020 is also an EMD Agent regulated and authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority, reference number 902822, acting on behalf of Payrnet Limited who is authorized and regulated by  the Financial Conduct Authority as an Electronic Money  Institution with registration number 900594. Streamflow EAD is also the programme manager and an authorised Intermediary, acting on behalf of UAB “PAYRNET”- a company incorporated in the Republic of Lithuania (company number: 305264430 with its head office at AltSpace, Islandijos str. 6, LT-01117, Vilnius, the Republic of Lithuania and its registered office at Girulių str. 20, LT-12123 Vilnius, the Republic of Lithuania. PayrNet is an Electronic Money Institution (“EMI”) and is authorised by the Bank of Lithuania under the Law on Electronic Money and Electronic Money Institutions (license no 72, authorization code LB001994, issued on 2020-08-28) for the issuing of electronic money and provision of the related payment services.





FILLIT is the brand name of Streamflow EAD, and  www.fillit.eu is the webpage of our product, a platform  created by Streamflow’s development team, that currently provides online services as a Mastercard prepaid card distributor, a Mastercard Prepaid Card, Virtual or Physical with unique IBAN and e-wallet. FILLIT also provides online services as a Visa debit card distributor, a Visa debit card, Virtual or Physical, connected with e-wallet with unique IBAN for both consumer  and business accounts of our customers. Streamflow EAD, through Fillit, till this moment has more than 50000  consuming and business clients, while the expectations after the enabling of the Visa Programme are much higher.
